Battery test and replacement, where the car is.
A load test and fluid check on every visit, and a new battery fitted at your address when the old one is done — quoted first, only if you ask. Registered to the car where the manufacturer requires it.
Most batteries fail with no warning.
Slow cranking, dimming lights at idle or a dashboard battery warning can mean a battery is going. But most fail with no warning, which is why the battery is load-tested at every visit and you see the state-of-health number.
The check is on the plan. Replacement is not: it sits outside routine maintenance, so when a battery is failing we quote the replacement first, and only fit it if you say yes — in the same visit.
Battery & fluid check, and battery replacement
- Load test and state-of-health reading, recorded in your service record
- Terminal cleaning and protection
- Replacement with a group-size-correct AGM or flooded battery
- Battery registration / BMS reset on vehicles that require it
- Memory saver so radio, seats and settings are kept
- Old battery recycled through a licensed collector
How it works at your address.
Most visits take 20 to 30 minutes. You can be home, at work or somewhere else entirely.
Check your address, then book
Enter your address to check coverage and book a time. Nothing books without you.
We come to where the car is parked
Your driveway, the lot at work or a legal street spot. Underground parkades don't fit the van.
No keys to hand over
On compatible vehicles, unlocking happens through your manufacturer's app and you approve each visit.
Photos before any work
The technician documents the exterior, tires and underhood before any work starts.
A report, and your record updates
Before-and-after photos, measurements in mm and /32", and what to expect next time.
Rain, snow or −30
We work in most weather. In severe conditions your technician texts to move the slot, usually by a day.
On every plan visit.
A battery lasts three to five years in a cold climate and two to three in extreme heat; short-trip driving shortens it further. Cold cuts a battery's available power by half, which is why a battery that tests fine in October can fail on the first −30 °C morning.
An EV has a 12V battery too: it powers the computers, locks and the contactors that connect the high-voltage pack. When it fails the car is as dead as a gas car with a flat battery, so every EV visit includes a 12V battery health check. EV service
On the plan, or one visit at a time.
Every vehicle starts with a full condition inspection: a one-time $45 onboarding per vehicle, paid once — then that vehicle is in for life. Prices shown are for annual payment. Paying monthly adds $50 a year, in 12 monthly payments.
Battery & fluid check, and battery replacement
How do I know if my battery needs replacing?
Slow cranking, dimming lights at idle, or a dashboard battery warning. But most batteries fail with no warning, which is why we load-test at every visit and show you the state-of-health number.
Is battery replacement included in the plan?
No — the plan covers the inspection, load test and terminal service at every visit. When the battery is failing we tell you the state-of-health number and quote the replacement at posted price; say yes and it's fitted in the same visit.
Do you register the new battery?
Yes, on vehicles that need it — many BMW, Mercedes, Audi, VW and newer domestic vehicles require the battery to be registered so the charging system treats it correctly.
Can you replace a battery the same day?
Usually, if the group size is on the van. Otherwise next day.
The same visit does more.
