Re-pricing the cost of
owning a car.
Aperio is building the first vertically integrated mobile-service network in North America. Owned vans. Employed technicians. Software-led operations. Founded in Winnipeg in 2017; now operating in every Canadian province and 32 US states.
Every province. Thirty-two states.
Service is delivered by employed technicians in Aperio-owned vans. Not a franchise network, not subcontractors. The same standard in Winnipeg as in Phoenix.
Fleet partners include some of the largest rental-car companies, the biggest package-delivery network and national RV rental fleets.
Unit economics, cohort data and route detail are in the quarterly update, available to accredited and institutional investors on request.
Why this works.
The market is structurally broken.
Roughly $50B a year is spent on routine vehicle service in North America. The supply side is 220,000 independent shops with no software, no SLA and a labour shortage. The demand side hates the experience and pays for it anyway — about $800 and a working day per vehicle, every year.
Fleet and consumer compound.
Fleet contracts give us route density and overnight utilisation. That density is what makes consumer membership work at a price no franchise can match.
Software is the moat.
Predictive scheduling, parts pre-loading, dispatch optimisation and photo-documented compliance are what make fixed-price membership work at scale. Competitors lack the vehicle data to copy it.
We own the last mile.
Vans, technicians, dispatch and the customer relationship sit under one roof. Nothing is franchised out. That is what lets us hold one service standard across 42 provinces and states, and sign fleets that audit us.
Built without the war chest.
Founded in 2017 and bootstrapped. Under $1M raised against competitors funded past $100M, operating in more markets than most of them. Capital efficiency is not a slogan here. It is the operating model.
