The same scope, every visit — tuned to your powertrain.
Oil changes when your car's oil-life monitor hits 10% or at 8,000 km / 5,000 mi — whichever comes later — or on your manufacturer's interval. Everything else is checked at every visit.
Everything above is included in your plan. The only items not included are small wear parts like wiper blades and light bulbs — replaced only if you ask, never as a pushy upsell. Battery replacement, tires themselves, interior detail and any repair that needs a lift sit outside routine maintenance: quoted first, only if you ask, and a lift job goes to an Aperio-approved shop with three quotes so you decide.
Four visits at $20. After that, $30.
The fee pays for the trip out to you, so it counts trips, not services — and a high-use vehicle asks us out more often than most. Visits themselves stay unlimited, the plan price does not change, and the count starts over when your plan year does.

A V8, a European engine and a diesel all cost more to service than a commuter car, so they cost more on the plan — once a year, not every visit. The $199 plan covers engines up to 6 L of oil; each litre above that adds $7 a year. European makes and diesel engines add $60 a year, which includes the European-approval or diesel-rated oil they need, and that $60 is charged once even when a vehicle is both. Every vehicle page shows the finished annual figure for your exact engine.

Choose any of these when you book. The price is fixed before the technician arrives, and nothing is added at the curb.
About the money.
Why a $20 mobile service fee on top of the plan?
It covers the technician's trip and keeps the plan price honest. The first four visits in a plan year are $20 each; from the fifth it is $30. The average driver covers about 16,000 km (10,000 mi) a year — typically two oil-life visits, plus spring and fall tire swaps if you use them: two to four visits a year. At four visits that is $199 + 4 × $20 = $279 for the year; in the first year add the one-time $45 onboarding fee, so $279 + $45 = $324. A fifth visit is where the higher fee starts — it adds $30 rather than $20, making $309.
My truck takes more than 6 L of oil — what do I pay?
One annual price, not a charge per oil change. The $199 plan covers engines up to 6 L; above that, each extra litre — rounded up to the next whole litre — adds $7 a year. A Ford F-150 with the 5.0 L V8 takes 7.3 L, which is 2 litres over, so $199 + $14 = $213 a year and nothing is added per visit. Every vehicle page shows the figure for your exact engine, so you never have to ask.
Why do European and diesel vehicles cost more on the plan?
Because of the oil they take. European makes need a manufacturer-approved European-spec synthetic and diesel engines need diesel-rated oil, so those plans are $60 a year more and that oil is included. The $60 is charged once, never twice: a European diesel is $60 more, not $120. Capacity is added on top, as above — a Volkswagen Jetta 1.4T is $259 a year, a Ford F-350 6.7 diesel with a 14.2 L sump is $322.
Do you service diesel / large fleets?
Both, in two different ways. A diesel pickup or van on the personal plan is priced automatically, and its vehicle page shows the finished annual figure. Diesel and large-sump FLEETS we quote instead of posting, because a fleet's mix, yards and intervals move the number. The posted $260 per vehicle per year is our best first price; every fleet's program is fine-tuned from there. Tell us the mix on the fleet page and we will price it.
Is there an onboarding fee?
Yes — one time, per vehicle. Every vehicle starts with a full condition inspection before it goes on the plan: a technician goes through the whole vehicle, records its condition from day one and connects it to Aperio, and if an oil change or a tire rotation is already due it is done at that same visit. That inspection becomes the first entry in your vehicle's digital service record. Onboarding is $45 per vehicle on the personal plan and $60 per vehicle on the fleet plan. You pay it once; that vehicle is in for life, with no onboarding fee again when the plan renews.
Can I pay monthly?
Yes. The prices on this page are the annual-payment prices; monthly payments are available at checkout.
Is the plan per vehicle or per household?
Per vehicle: $199 a year covers unlimited routine visits for one car. A second car at the same address gets its own plan, and we can service both in the same stop — one mobile service fee per vehicle serviced, at the rates above.
Can I cancel?
Any time, in the app. We refund the unused months pro-rata.
Is the plan cheaper than my dealer?
Usually by half. The average North American spends around $800 a year on routine service, plus a working day of their time. We don't count the Saturdays.
