One plan per vehicle. Parts and labour for everything on this list are included — the only other charge is the on-yard visit fee: $20 a visit for the first four on a vehicle each year, $30 after that for high-use vehicles. The list price is for vehicles up to 6 L of oil; diesel and large-sump fleets are quoted.
Every vehicle in the fleet is inspected and baselined at onboarding — you get the condition of the whole fleet from day one. One-time onboarding is $60 per vehicle, paid once; after that the vehicle is on the plan for life.
Oil & filter
Full-synthetic to spec on a fleet interval of 10,000–15,000 km (telematics-triggered; fleet average 13,700 km) or the OEM interval.
Tire rotation
As needed on wear pattern, torqued to spec every visit.
Seasonal tire swap
Winter on, winter off — on rims, spring and fall.
Engine & cabin filters
Replaced on the maintenance schedule, not when someone remembers.
Brake & tire inspection
