Our story

How it started.

Jonathan Sparrow pitched Go Oil at North Forge's Ramp Up Weekend in Winnipeg in June 2017, where the team won Fan Favourite. Go Oil Canada Inc. became an official company in 2018, and the first van went on the road in Winnipeg that year.

Its first jobs were mobile oil changes in driveways and parking lots, sold through a franchise network.

From Winnipeg it grew as a franchise network, province by province, across Canada. The first jobs in the United States were done in 2022; the first state was Florida.

In 2025 Go Oil became Aperio Mobility: the software layer on top of mobile maintenance. Service is delivered by employed technicians in Aperio-owned vans — not a franchise network, not subcontractors.
