This directory holds 24 city guides — 12 Canadian and 12 American. Each has its own page with the services offered there, where our technicians can work locally, the neighbourhoods inside the service radius and the vehicles we see most often in that market.
Coverage is checked by address, not by city. A city page tells you the shape of the service area; the address check on every page confirms your exact address before you book, and if you are outside the radius it offers the waitlist instead of a booking you cannot keep.
Pricing is the same in every city: $199 a year per vehicle for the plan, a $20 mobile service fee per visit (first 4 visits a year; $30 after), and one annual plan price per engine — engines that take more than 6 L (6.3 qt) of oil add $7 a year for each extra litre, and nothing per oil change. Canadian prices are in Canadian dollars and US prices in US dollars, at the same figures.
Every city page exists in English, French and Spanish, and the language toggle at the top of the page keeps you on the same city when you switch.
