Become an Aperio technician.
Aperio technicians do routine car maintenance where the car is parked — driveways, workplace lots and fleet yards — from a fully equipped van. If you like doing a job properly and showing your work, we would like to hear from you.
Routine maintenance, done where the car is.
Aperio replaces the trip to the shop with a technician who comes to the car. The work is the routine list, done to the manufacturer's specification and documented at every visit.
- Full-synthetic oil and filter changes
- Tire rotations, wear checks and seasonal swaps on rims
- Brake inspections and measurements
- Safety checks: lights, wipers, fluids, belts and hoses
- Battery checks, including the 12V battery on electric vehicles
- Cabin and engine air filters
- Onboarding inspections for vehicles joining the plan
Employed technicians. Aperio-owned vans.
Service is delivered by technicians Aperio employs, in vans Aperio owns — not a franchise network, not subcontractors. The same standard applies in every city.
Where the cars are
Driveways, workplace lots and legal street spots for drivers; yards and depots, often overnight, for fleets and delivery partners.
Photos of every job
Before-and-after photos and measurements go into every customer's service record, so nobody has to take the work on trust.
No selling at the curb
Technicians measure and photograph what they find. Repairs that need a lift go to approved shops with three quotes, and the customer decides.
People who do it right when nobody is watching.
- You take pride in doing a job to specification, every time.
- You measure and photograph instead of guessing.
- You can explain what you found in plain words, without selling.
- You are comfortable working outdoors, in most weather.
- Speak French or Spanish as well as English? Tell us: we serve customers in all three.
Tell us about yourself.
One short form. It goes straight to our team, with your experience in your own words.
