The standard we work to

WCAG 2.1, Level AA.

We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA — the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the World Wide Web Consortium. It is the standard referenced by accessibility law in Canada and by courts in the United States.

How we tested

Reviewed on 20 September 2026.

Automated checks ran across every page. All 5,931 pages of this site — every page in English, French and Spanish — were checked programmatically for page structure, heading order, image alternative text, link and button names, form labels, language attributes, table markup and duplicate identifiers.

We also reviewed every page type and every interactive component by hand, including the address checker, the fleet cost calculator, the site menus, the enquiry forms and the cookie banner. That review included keyboard-only operation, colour and contrast measurement, and testing at screen widths from 320 pixels upward and at 200% and 400% browser zoom.

When you book a service, you are handed off to a separate booking application at aperio.gooil.app. That application is not covered by this statement and was not part of this review.

Address suggestions

If we enable Google Maps or Google Places to suggest addresses as you type, those suggestions come from Google and are not covered by this review.

Screen readers and other browsers

Our review checked that the site is built correctly for assistive technology, but we have not yet tested it with a screen reader such as JAWS, NVDA or VoiceOver, and we tested only in a Chromium-based browser. We intend to close both gaps.
