Fleet maintenance, on your yard.
Every routine service for vans, trucks and EVs, done on your yard — nights, weekends, between shifts. Vehicles never leave the lot.
Every routine service, not just oil.
One plan per vehicle: $260 a year with telematics and the fleet dashboard included, and one invoice for the whole fleet. Parts and labour for everything on the list are included — the only other charge is the on-yard visit fee.
Every vehicle in the fleet is inspected and baselined at onboarding, so you have the condition of the whole fleet from day one.
Fleet preventive maintenance, on your yard
- Oil & filter — full synthetic to spec on a 10,000–15,000 km (6,200–9,300 mi) fleet interval
- Tire rotation — as needed on wear pattern, torqued to spec every visit
- Seasonal tire swap — on rims, spring and fall
- Engine and cabin filters — replaced on the maintenance schedule
- Brake and tire inspection — pad and rotor measurements, tread depth and pressures logged with photos, every visit
- Battery inspection — load test every visit; replacement quoted separately
- Fleet dashboard and telematics, included
How it works on your yard.
We work while your fleet sleeps. Vehicles never leave the lot for routine work.
Service books itself
Telematics — your existing feed or an Aperio device — tells us when each vehicle is due, so service books itself before downtime, not after.
On your yard, off-shift
Nights, weekends, between shifts. Technicians arrive after the last route returns, service in place, and are gone before dispatch.
Photo-documented work
Every part, every fluid, before and after. Drivers find a completed report on the dash.
One dashboard, one invoice
Every vehicle, every job, every photo in the fleet dashboard. One invoice, monthly, consolidated across yards and vehicles.
On the fleet's own interval.
Oil on a telematics-triggered interval inside 10,000–15,000 km (6,200–9,300 mi) — estimates plan on one change every 12,000 km (7,500 mi) — never beyond the manufacturer's required interval. Service books itself before downtime, not after.
Brakes, tires and the battery: every visit. Seasonal swaps: spring and fall. Filters: on the maintenance schedule.
EVs in the fleet get the EV list: no oil change; tires, brakes, the safety check and the 12V battery.
One plan per vehicle, one invoice.
Every vehicle starts with a full condition inspection: a one-time $60 onboarding per vehicle, paid once — then that vehicle is in for life.

Fleet preventive maintenance, on your yard
What does the fleet plan cost?
$260 per vehicle per year, plus $20 per on-yard visit for the first 4 visits on a vehicle each year and $30 after that, for vehicles up to 6 L (6.3 qt) of oil. One-time onboarding is $60 per vehicle, paid once.
Do you service diesel and heavy trucks?
Yes — quoted rather than posted. The posted price is our best first price; every fleet's program is fine-tuned from there.
When does the work happen?
On your yard — nights, weekends, between shifts. A typical overnight pass: technicians arrive after the last route returns, service in place, and are gone before dispatch.
The same visit does more.
