Every vehicle starts with a full condition inspection: we go through the whole vehicle — brakes, tires, lights, wipers, fluids, belts, hoses and the battery — record its condition from day one and connect it to Aperio, and if an oil change or tire rotation is due we do it at that same visit. One-time onboarding — $45 per vehicle. Pay it once; that vehicle is in for life.
Pick your model.
Every model here is battery-electric, so there is no oil grade, no oil capacity and no oil-change price to publish. The $199/year plan covers the rest of the schedule — tires, brakes, filters and the 12V battery — and each model page lists exactly what a visit does. Every vehicle starts with a full condition inspection: a one-time $45 onboarding per vehicle, paid once — then that vehicle is in for life.
Aperio × Rivian
Which Rivian models do you service?
Every one in the catalog: 7 models, 2022–2026 — see the table above. If yours isn’t listed, book anyway; we check the vehicle before we come.
Does a Rivian need an oil change?
No. Every Rivian in this catalogue is battery-electric: no engine oil, no oil filter, no oil-change interval. That is why these pages publish no oil grade and no oil capacity.
What does a Rivian actually need, then?
Tires — an EV is heavy and delivers torque instantly, so rotation, wear and age checks matter more, not less. Brakes, because regenerative braking leaves pads to corrode rather than wear. The cabin air filter, the wipers, the fluids, and the 12V battery that wakes the car up.
Will a mobile service visit affect my Rivian warranty?
No. In the United States the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act stops a manufacturer from requiring its own dealers or parts to keep a warranty valid; in Canada a manufacturer cannot void a warranty solely because an independent provider did the work. Both depend on the maintenance meeting the manufacturer’s specification and on your being able to show it was done — your Aperio service record is that documentation. Nothing we do touches the high-voltage system.
What does Rivian maintenance cost on the Aperio plan?
$199 per vehicle per year covers every routine service on the schedule, and the only other charge is the $20 mobile service fee per visit (first 4 visits a year; $30 after). There is no oil-capacity charge on a Rivian, because there is no oil — one annual price, whichever model you have.
