When should I swap to winter tires in Toronto?
When the daily high stays under about 7 °C — for Toronto, usually late October to mid-November. We open fall bookings in mid-October so plan members get in before the rush.
Do I need to bring my tires anywhere?
No. We come to your address. If your second set is stored with us, we bring it; if it's in your garage, we swap on the spot.
Do you store tires?
In most cities, yes — seasonal storage is quoted at booking. Otherwise your off-season set stays in your garage.
Is a rotation included on the plan?
Yes. Every plan visit includes a rotation and torque, and the two seasonal swaps are included as well.
Can you mount new tires on my rims?
Not roadside. We swap mounted wheels and rotate; if you need new tires mounted, we'll recommend a partner shop and swap them for you afterwards.
